    I stood up and mustered all remaining courage and went to her desk. The walk towards her was excruciating. Every step I took was hard but I must do this. I was not thinking. I was a fool to hope. What stupidity am I going to do?

    Looks good, I said. I gave her a pat on the shoulders. She touched my hand and just gave the sweetest smile then said, Thanks. I rubbed her shoulders as she continued to type. I was waiting for her to cringe in disgust. My heart was pounding. I was waiting for her irritated look. I waited for a sarcastic remark or a snide remark. My heart raced faster. I waited.
