    On Thursday January 29, 2015, I was excruciating in pain of spinal disorder as a result blockage of the spinal canal and I was practically seeing death before me because at that time all hopes were gone. As I was entreating the Lord with tears on my knee for mercy and healing in that bad noon, suddenly HE showed me the back cover of this book in two local languages and the vision left. Then the English language version was not yet published and book matter was not in my thought neither in my agenda at that time because of what I was going through. I was pondering and asking the Holy Spirit, what is the meaning of this? I said to Him, "I am asking You for mercy and healing and You are showing me book in different languages", and He said "you will not alone live; you will come out of this deadly attacks to publish this book in different languages for the Church". The vision of this timely book for the church is bigger than me as a person and would have been long buried because of the unprecedented onslaught of hell if not for divine intervention that rescued my soul just for you to have a copy of this and succeed in ministry. 

    The work on the first edition (Volume 1) of this book started four years before it was published when the Lord began to show me certain things going wrong in the Body of Christ as regards to the administration of the church which would be the major reasons why many Church Leaders would not go to heaven after they have labored for the Lord on earth. Matt 7:21-23. 

    Believe me; many Christian leaders would have gone to heaven quietly at the end of the race if they were just born again and serve God in their little capacity without having anything to do with altar, microphone or pulpit, offerings and tithes. But when FAME, MATERIAL COMFORT and POWER came, they became corrupt, political and led themselves astray forgetting where they started from. 

    Today, God is saying 'I regret for empowering this Apostle, this Prophet, this Evangelist, this Pastor, this Teacher and these Church Elders, these music leaders to be what they are because they have now joined Satan and his cohorts to fight God and His Elect indirectly' as He said in Genesis 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 

    I have by the inspiration of the Spirit of God written in this book some things that I have never read about or heard from any preacher just for errors in HIS Body to be corrected through effective administration in His house. This is mixed work as it contains Bible as the basis, church accounting, church auditing, administration or management, laws and economics all in connection wit the Bible. 

    Anywhere this book is going to be used either by an individual or in Churches or in Ministries or in Institutions of learning, as you practice effective administration under His love and care, may we all have a safe landing in His Kingdom at the end of everything in the name of Jesus Christ.
