The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and to fortify how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the best means to minimize quarrels with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with details.
