What is an Endomorph Diet?
An endomorphic diet is one designed specifically for individuals who are big boned and tend to put on weight more easily and quickly than other body types.
Everyone is ultimately different but typically, they will fall in to one of 3 different categories, ectomorphs, mesomorphs and endomorphs.
Ectomorphs.
Ectomorphs are generally tall and thin and have a much harder time putting weight on.
Mesomorphs.
Mesomorphs are typically more muscular and athletic in build and are easily able to control their body weight.
Endomorphs.
Endomorphs are the ones who tend to have larger bodies and gain weight quicker and easier than the other two body types, they might also struggle with their fat levels.
The Endomorph Diet Plan.
