About this ebook

God has called you to be the warrior, not the victim

Hebrews 13:6

  1.   So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Your salvation comes with the power of God.  Christians are to be light-bearers.  God has given you everything needed to become His light to the world.  Yet, we will never enjoy these benefits and shine as He desired if we have little or no knowledge of who we are in Him.

Being a Warrior for God is not something you do, it is who you are in Him.  This book is the revelation of who we are in Him.  But this knowledge is of no value unless it guides us into a deeper relationship with Him.    But, I can only inform you of it.  I cannot believe for you nor walk in that faith for you.  Only you can build your relationship with Him, but He welcomes all caring seekers.

As darkness approaches in the world, this alarms many people.  Darkness has no power over light but is merely the absence of it.  What we are experiencing is not a forceful invasion of evil but an open invitation for it.  Evil loves darkness and always flourishes in the absence of light.

The world is suffering because the light emanating from God's people is growing dim.  God lights us up through a relationship with Him.  Less relationship equals less light and equals more darkness.  Christ died to make us his light in the world.

If your light is dim, then you will be very weak against the forces of evil.  We are not fighting against the people who do evil things and purpose to do only harm to us.  We disarm the spiritual forces that are driving these people.  This will render them harmless to us.

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. As you progress, the more effective your resistance against evil will become.  The power and effectiveness of prayer increase exponentially as the agreement and those praying increase.    Fervently pray for those who count themselves your enemies.  This binds the activities of Satan, and he will stop blinding the eyes of their heart.  Only then can they see the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ as you did.  The Holy Spirit may draw them to God to become your brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.

Psalms 23:4 KJV

  1.   Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

It has been the desire of my life to become a witness of Jesus the Christ and to experience the power of His love, first in me and then to the world. I believe that only by experiencing or witnessing Him will the truth be revealed to us. It is not the truth of theologians or scholars that I seek; it is Him who is the truth that I must know. The purpose of true revelation is to know Him and His power and not to receive a greater intellectual understanding of the Bible. Because the Bible contains the knowledge necessary for life and godliness then it will follow that a much greater understanding of its contents will come when following Him. I believe we must constantly remind ourselves that we have not been instructed to follow the Bible to find Christ, but rather have been instructed to follow Christ, and through this relationship, the Bible will come to be properly understood.
