Make a date with MACROS

Our bodies require two types of nutrients: micronutrients and macronutrients. Micronutrients are things such as vitamins and minerals, which are super important, but only needed in small (aka micro) quantities. Then there are macronutrients, which our body needs in much larger quantities – hence, macros!
