Maintain bookmarks from the terminal

Along with the download manager, a bookmark manager is a fundamental component of a web browser. But while the former gets a lot of attention, and is frequently discussed, little is said of the bookmark manager. Most modern browsers let you create an account such that you can access your bookmarks and browser history across different devices, such as desktop and mobile phones.
