- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Don't waste your time with this book - just read Atomic Habits and thank me later.
This author is obsessed by himself and it stinks of neediness.
I don't blame him that he can't write (not everyone who writes a book is a natural born author), but I really feel sorry for him that he is in such a huge need to be seen and heard. Classic narcissist.
Again, if you want to learn about habits read the life changing book Atomic Habits. No need for willpower of the obsolete concept of "motivation"
This cheap copycat won't bring you there - Atomic Habits will - easily.1 person found this helpful

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Don't waste your time reading the whole book. Better read a summary and take action.
I feel that people read this book to procrastinate on taking action.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Fantastic. A method for behavior change that is radically different from all the conventional advice from self-help or productivity ‘experts’ or ‘gurus’. Dr. Fogg is extremely well respected in the world of behavioral psychology and has done tremendous work in this field even prior to this book’s release.
Plainly - this method works. It really works. Much better than other way you could have previously gone about forming habits. All it requires is a few mindset shifts and a willingness to try something new.
An absolute must read for anyone.13 people found this helpful
