SALT
There is a big confusion among people about salt nowadays. Somebody says we must eat salt because it is very important for health. Similarly, there are some people who say that salt is like a Poison for health, so its behaviour in food is not right at all. In both these opinions, which opinion is right and which is wrong, the objective of the article presented is to reach a decision in this subject.
Since ancient times, our elders have been teaching us that the person who eats salt should never reprimand him, even when time comes, he should also do good to him by putting his life at stake. That is gentleness. Such a person is called Namakhalal, who has respected and praised everywhere, in contrast, a man who is Namakharam seen everywhere in terms of hatred. It is clear from this statement of the elders that in the salt world is a very valuable commodity, although it is probably one of the cheapest items sold in the market.
The popular saying ‘without salt kitchen is incomplete’, and ‘without salt every dish is imperfect’. Also point towards the importance of salt that salt is the beauty of food, no one can deny it.
Salt is considered both the cause of beauty and its synonym. The word ‘Lavan’ which is used in the meaning of Sundarata is made from salt, the terms Salonapan and Salty are synonymous of Lavan.
There is a saying in English as well: - Of all the smells the bread, of all the tastes the salt
That is, the aroma of bread is superior in all fragrances and the taste of salt is superior in all the flavours. This is what a Hindi poet has said - All food is incomplete without salt, as every male without female
.
Not from today but from very ancient times is considered an important and very important substance for life. It has always been a primary thing of business and still exists today. How many wars were fought to establish the suzerainty over its sources? Gandhi’s famous salt Satyagraha
was a big hand in shaking the roots of British Empire in India. Reversing the pages of the history of the world also shows that in many countries of the world, at any time, the servants and labourers were given salt as remuneration.
In ancient times, in some societies, the terrible criminals were punished for being completely deprived of salt, so that they usually died in four or six weeks.
Not even Humans need salt to protect life animals and birds too. Vegetarian animals like cow, sheep, goat etc., and lion, cheetah etc., also need salt.
Salt remains in the body of the animal. Salt is mixed with muscle juice in the body.
In this way, salt proves to be the life of the beings. Properties of Salt – As a confession of dignity, one of the famous festivals of Mongolia is the worship of Buddha, the salt-built Buddha. With great devotion, salt Buddha’s are made on that day in every family and their Sangopang
is worshipped
In the following poem of Akram Bey, eternal love is called the salt of life. Also, there is no less light on the greatness of salt in the world:
What is the first word of Allah? Say it Heart is there, listen. What is the rule of heart? Say defect. Love is there, listen! What is love say? Please tell. Listen to the salt celebrity.
It is clear from a proper discussion of salt that it is not only difficult to live without salt in this world but it is impossible. But the question now arises that the salt without which we cannot or no creature in the world can live, is it the salt that we and you eat every day on top of certain foods, or that any other salt.
