RAISE THE TENDERNESS, LOWER THE TENSION

JUST LIKE A SEE-SAW, where one side goes up and the other side comes down, the same, it seems, is followed people’s stress levels and approximate number of acts of kindness over a three-week period. They found that on days when acts of kindness were more numerous, levels of stress were much lower. On days when stress was highest, on the other hand, acts of kindness were less evident.
