Introduction
Digital persuasion is a science by its very nature quite recent, but no less rich in events, changes and twists.
Since the Internet has evolved from a study tool for IT enthusiasts to a real commercial phenomenon, there has been a proliferation of techniques and strategies to persuade customers through the lightness of bits.
Today the world economy could not be the same without the internet. People have become familiar with technologies such as e-commerce, online auctions, the dematerialization of the many services that previously had to pass through physical offices or traditional branches (take for example the banking and insurance sector).

If you recognize yourself in one of the answers, know that this did not happen by chance; every
