Eating fruits have long been associated with a reduced risk of many lifestyle-related health conditions and hence the need to cultivate the habit of eating more fruits daily.
This is quite understandable since most fruits are generally packed with many vital nutrients required by our body system for optimum performance. They are also fresh and natural too.
Several studies have suggested that increasing consumption of fruits decreases the risk of; heart disease, constipation, obesity, diabetes etc and most of them also promote a healthy complexion and hair health, increased energy, overall lower weight, and many other positive effects.
