    White Vinegar-Mustard Dressing

    Makes ½ cup

    Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1/2 tsp. each of thyme, basil and oregano salt and pepper to taste

    1/2 tsp. onion powder

    1-2 cloves finely minced garlic

    3 tbsp. s white wine vinegar

    1 small squirt of Dijon mustard

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

    Serve over desired salad.

    Tomato-Horseradish Dressing

    Makes 3-½ cups

    Ingredients

    1 small onion, grated

    1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed tomato soup

    1 tbsp.  horseradish

    1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

    1 tsp. salt

    1 tsp. black pepper
