It is all too easy to view people who are different from the norm as unpleasant, annoying or even downright weird. It takes a special person to see past first impressions, challenging behaviors and views different from one’s own.
People on the autism spectrum are often assumed to be strange, difficult, aloof.
This book is dedicated to each and every person willing to not only accept our differences but be appreciative, welcoming and ready to learn our viewpoints as well as the ways in which we function best and why this is so.
Thank you to everyone who has extended kindness, shown patience and understanding or is ready to learn just how boring and ineffective our world would be if we were all the same.
