- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A strong body is key to good health and quality aging. This book does provide key insights into how strength training enables this. And does a far better job than (perhaps all) other books of this genre.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The system didn't work for me. I used it for about three months. During that time I lost significant mass and tone, and also gained fat in my torso. The book makes a case that seems reasonable to the lay reader, but with results like mine, I have to recommend heavy skepticism.
