Intro
So we must first ask ourselves, what is a Healthy Lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle is our way of living, which lowers our risk of being gravely ill or dying early.
I am sure no one enjoys spending money on medical bills or going to the hospital for things that can be avoidable.
Okay, not all diseases are preventable, but a significant amount of deaths, especially those from coronary heart disease and lung cancer can be avoided.

We always believe that Health is only about avoiding disease, but that’s not true health is also about physical, mental and social wellbeing.
What I mean by social wellbeing is that basic human needs are met, and physical wellbeing is living in a balanced state of body, mind and spirit.
