Implementing the Sirtfood Diet
The sirtfood diet maximizes sirtfood consumption with very moderate restriction on calories. We have recorded significant results in the amount of weight lost and muscle gained in each dieter. The diet is in two (2) phases, which continue over 3 weeks. Phase 1 (the hyper-success phase) and phase 2 (the maintenance phase).
Phase One: The first stage. This is the first one week known as the hyper-success phase. This phase blends a sirtfood loaded diet with mild restriction of calories. Phase one is in into two parts: first 3 days and the last 4 days. For the first three days, the calorie intake should be less than 1000 calories. Your diet comprises two dark chocolate squares, one sirtfood-loaded meal, and three sirtfood loaded green juices per day. The last four days of the first phase, calorie consumption will move up to 1,500 per day. Your diet comprises two sirtfood-loaded meals and two sirtfood-loaded green juices.
Throughout phase one you should avoid consuming alcohol, however you can drink green tea, coffee, tea and water without restrictions.
Phase Two: The second phase, also known as the maintenance phase, is a 2-week period of strengthening the weight loss process without limiting your calories. Your diet comprises 1 green juice, 3 sirtfood-loaded meals and 1-2 sirtfood snacks, if desired. You can moderately drink 2-3 red wine glasses in a week. You can also drink green tea, coffee, tea and water.
After 3 Weeks, What Next?
After completing the first 3 weeks on the diet, continue to eat sirtfood-loaded meals and keep drinking green juice every day. The sirtfood diet is rich in nutrients, minerals, vitamins necessary for your overall wellbeing, therefore it is beyond a onetime diet and it should become a lifestyle.
