Anti-inflammatory Diet for Type 2 Diabetes :Low sugar

The most typical lifestyle choices that can increase the chances of developing type 2 diabetes are:

  • A lack of exercise which cause a heightened risk of contracting the illness
  • Eating an unhealthy diet without the right nutritional balance- a diet full of fats and sugars has a profound impact on your chances of developing diabetes
  • Being obese- an excess of body weight means that you might become naturally resistant to insulin which is a direct cause of type 2 diabetes

The message is clear: reduce sugar, starch and protein intake in order to reverse type 2 diabetes.

The Diabetes Diet Guide is unique in its methods; there is no reliance on medicine or drugs and instead Detoino promotes a completely natural cure in the form of a good, balanced diet. Author

Lorenz Detoino

Lorenz Detoino was born in New York in 1964.  Thanks to his father, a doctor, and to his mother, a chef, Lorenz grew up developing his passion for cooking until when, at the young age of 7, he was diagnosed with diabetes.  He grew up under the maternal wings of his mother who, since did not want him to say goodbye tohistasty dishes, always used to invent new recipes and delicious low-sugar culinary varieties:  so, she took him underhiswings and started experimenting with more and more dishes and healthy recipes that were suitable for his condition. Her passion for cooking was therefore transmitted to him immediately. After a few years, by following his wife Carol’s advice, he wrote down all his recipes in a series of little books that he auto-publishes on the web. Daniel's goal is to help people with diabetes taste delicious dishes, not be considered as a victim of this disease but be able to live peacefully, without giving up the pleasant flavors that cooking can offer them. Today Lorenz lives in Chicago with his 3 sons - Kevin, Mike, Joe - and his wife Carol. Being affected with diabetes since he was 7, Lorenz Detoino is today a worldwide recognized author thanks to his recipe books that are dedicated to the diabetic community. His books, which are very sector-based, allow the people affected with this condition to live through it in a more peaceful way, without giving up the pleasures of food ( he isn't a doctor) .
