    INTRODUCTION:

    Do you feel like your getting up in the morning more tired than when you went to bed? 

    Are you yawning your face off and it's only10 am.?

    Do your eyes feel like they are burning and full of gravel?

    Are your nerves shot even before you start your day?

    Do you find it difficult to function until you get your cup of java?

    Do you feel like you need a nap after lunch?

    You need to try my proven system of getting a good quality sleep every night.        NO DRUGS, NO PILLS, NOTHING EXTRA TO BUY, NO GIMMICKS just a unique      system that I developed over 50 years ago.

    When I was in my teens I lived at home with my parents.  We lived in a 3 bedroom  bungalow and I shared a room with my older brother.  We had a double sized bed and he snored, tossed and turned, pulled the covers off me and these and other things kept  interrupting my sleep. Finally, he got married and moved out but even though he was gone I still had restless nights.
