    After successfully launching the Multi- Channel Money Stream conference (mcms) for the first time in 2015 as part of our annual European Home Shopping event, I am proud to present this booklet, summarizing the insights gained at mcms on the various important topics affecting our disrupted media industries.

    "Teleshoppers" are already accessing your markets via interactive and multichannel screens. Multi-Channel Home Shopping companies, as we call them, are already providing dynamic content based on customer behaviour. So the question is what are the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for our industry?

    We are convinced that we can assist in identifying and then developing and providing solutions for the challenges that lie ahead.

    I am looking forward to the second mcms conference to be held in 2016, again in Barcelona on June the 15th, which is an integral part of our annual conference.
