Can you tell us about your journey to becoming producer at Blender?

I got to know Blender through the Italian publication of a free software magazine, when I was 13 or 14. Slowly, I magazines. Then I started to use Blender for my own projects and for freelancing while in high school and university. My first real step into the Blender community was during Blender Conference 2008. I got to meet lots of people and had the opportunity to get more involved in the project itself as a volunteer. After that, I worked on an Open Movie project (Tears Of Steel) as an artist. During and shortly after that project I picked up enough technical skills to help out with more Blender projects. One thing led to another… and here we are!
