MY STORY
When my flatmate moved out, I decided to buy my first place, even though I could only just afford it. After viewing loads of houses, I thought I’d never find anything within my price range that didn’t need lots of work. Finally, I found this small three-bedroom house that was liveable and I made an offer the same day.
