    This publication is about my wife and the onset of Dementia and how I learned to cope with it. But more important, it describes how I was able to use the fact that her early memories were intact to help her to be more comfortable, more relaxed and almost normal in her frightening world of confusion and anxiety. The technique I have developed may make it possible for others to do it.

Worked in a research department of a major packaging company before switching to Information Technology in 1977. Lived in Johannesburg for twenty years. Travelled extensively on business to the USA, UK and Europe. Also travelled privately to these and many other countries. Hobbies include photography, genealogy, gardening, DIY, reading, walking and writing. Lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
