SARABIA President La Fiesta Site St. Therese MTC Colleges Molo, Iloilo City Madam: I hereby tender my resignation letter effective this coming 1 st semester, school year 2012-2013 not only for the reason that the undersigned was re-assigned last September 06, 2011 from Revenue District Office No. 75, Zarraga, Iloilo to Revenue District Office No. 71, Kalibo, Aklan wherein it takes more than 5 hours to travel from Kalibo to Iloilo, and also the reason why that I stated on the availability form that I am free to teach every Saturday only, but for the main reason that I didnt anticipate that aside from work load assigned every week days, we are also required to render our quality service till weekends because of the surveillance that we are conducting not only in Kalibo but also in the whole Province of Aklan, especially in the Island of Boracay. It has been a great honour and privilege to have worked in your prestigious institution. Thank you so much for the opportunity youve given me which moulded me to be a competent professional. SARABIA President La Fiesta Site St. Therese MTC Colleges Molo, Iloilo City SUBJECT: REPLY TO MEMORANDUM DATED Madam: I was re-assigned last September 06, 2011 from Revenue District Office No. 75, Zarraga, Iloilo to Revenue District Office No. 71, Kalibo, Aklan. Being an examiner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the undersigned is not only required to do office works but also field works where we are rendering services 7 days a week. Aside from audit investigations and required to man the satellite office in Boracay Island every other two weeks, we were very busy last March till April for the filing season and also the district is conducting an on-going surveillance on some business establishments covered by the whole Province of Aklan with more focus on the Island of Boracay. Due to the pressing task in the office, I was not able to meet the stated deadline and I apologized for the unintentional delay. I Hope that the above-stated justifications merit your consideration.
