    DISCUSSION AND INTERPRETATIONS:

    Although brass contains lead and iron also but they are in very small amount which cant be detected by the method of previous page.

    Always heat brass with HNO in fume cupboard.

    Brass should be completely dissolved in nitric acid.

    RESULT:
    The alloy brass mainly contains copper and zinc.
