Jhothi Meditation (Grp1&2)

Today we will meditate on the jothi/light Please sit up straight, make yourselves comfortable Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly(x3) Relax yourselves. See Swami in your heart and fill yourselves with full of happiness, love and peace, happiness, love and peace PRANAVAM x3 Open your eyes and look at the jothi at the altar The jothi is the light of God. Slowly close your eyes and while closing your eyes bring this light of God into the centre of your forehead. Please repeat the following after me silently My forehead touched by the light of God is full of good thoughts. Only good thoughts will come from me. The light of God travels downwards into my heart. My heart filled with this light of God is full of happiness, love and peace. Happiness, love and peace The light of God travels to my feet My feet touched by this light of God will only take me to good places and be with good people The light of God travels up to my hands My hands touched by this light of God, will be used to do only good things and help all. The light of God travels up to my mouth and sits on my tongue. My tongue touched by this light of God, will always speak the truth and speak lovingly and softly to everyone. The light of God travels into my ears. My ears touched by this light of God, will only hear what is good.

The light of God travels into my eyes. My eyes touched by this light of God will only see what is good in everyone. Now my whole body is filled with this light of God. I am the light. I am the light. I will only pass happiness, love and peace to all my family members and also to all other people. Dear Swami, please help me to be a person with full of happiness, love and peace. Wherever I go I must make everyone happy and everyone must be happy to have me around them. Please help me Swami to concentrate fully in my studies and do well in my examinations.
