Manufacturing Tractors was the Prime Business. Initially the company was running with difficulties and uncertainties. Finding was lack of Professionalism in the company.

The primary objective of the study are as followsTo study and analyze the present Training and Development system adopted.
The number of waste activites activites going on at the work place. Eariler it was 20-30% of the untrained employees, which was a major drawback for eicher. RESEARCH DESIGN- descriptive. DATA-primary data RESEARCH-survey method RESEARCH INSTRUMENT-questionnaire & experts interview SAMPLE SIZE- of the research is 50 respondents For collecting the data, the questionnaire was developed and distributed randomly to the employees and was requested them to fill the questionnaire.
