Round 1: Written Aptitude paper consisting of 40 questions to be done in 20 minutes (Maths tricks quite useful)
Round 2: HR interview relating to future plans, enquiries such as how will the
candidate add value to the company, why does he prefer a non-core job over a core one, and so on. Candidates were questioned on why is a job at FuturesFirst important to them? The Interviewers checked the candidates on confidence, persistence, ability to fight back, analytical skills (Multiply two 3 digit numbers in 30 seconds)

The Recruitment programme comprised of five rounds. Round 1: Written Test (the company had allowed a maximum of 250 students to take the written test) Comprised of Maths, English and Aptitude questions. 48 students were selected. Round 2: Group Discussion, one of the topics was Is armed resistance the only way to end dictatorship? The 48 candidates were divided into 2 groups, and one of the groups was selected. This was the group which succeeded in reaching a common consensus. Round 3: Case Study, Comprised of a problem of workforce optimisation.
Candidates were asked to point out errors made by sales representatives in sales figures.
Round 4: HR interview, Relating to future plans, enquiries such as how will the candidates add value to the company, why does he prefer a non-core job over a core job. A given candidate had stated Politics as one of his topics of interest, and the interviewer proceeded to discuss current politics with him for about 2530 minutes. Interviews lasted for around 45 minutes. Comprised of guess estimation problems (Interviewee was asked to guess the total number of traffic lights in New Delhi, No. of Petrol pumps in Varanasi, No. of Mango trees in B.H.U, etc ) Round 5: Principal Interview: Asked about teamwork experience during intern. Posed in situ problems.

Round 2&3: Included a Technical and a HR Interview. The Technical Interview circled around topics like: Thermodynamics (Important: Thermodynamic Cycles) Internship discussed in great depth *Not only what you learnt but how
