    To import a workflow process in Oracle E-Business Suite, right click and select import workflow process, choose the existing workflow, open the select project, and click ok. After the status changes to in progress, click deploy which will change the status to completed. Then navigate to the workflow deployment query, find the workflow, and click activate to finish deploying it.

    Query for the workflow in OE>Workflow Process

    Right Click and Click Import workflow process

    Choose the same workflow

    Open Select Project

    Click ok. After that a new line with Status: In Progress appear

    Click Deploy button. The In Progress status changed to Completed

    Navigate to UI Site Map> Administration-Business Process> Workflow Deployment Query for the WF and click Activate button
