New Policy on Issuing of Documentation Confirming Course Completion

Notification Release Date: 11 November 2011

Who need to read this? All Post Graduate and Undergraduate students
Dear Students, Effective immediately, Letters of Course Completion or any other document confirming that a student has completed a course may only be obtained through Student Services Centre at the Bentley campus.
Please be advised that the document is only available upon request with a $15 fee. If you would like to receive this document upon completion of your course you can request them via the following: Phone: +61 8 9266 3399 Email: sdr@curtin.edu.au) Or, log into the Online Document Request via OASIS/MyStudies&Evaluate Students who have completed their course will receive a complimentary Graduation Statement & Academic Transcript. These documents should be sufficient to prove your completion as it does state your completion award title and completion date. For students who are completing in November, (and choose to attend the Bentley ceremony in February next year) you will receive your Academic Transcript & Graduation Statement at the ceremony (along with your award). For students who are attending the Miri ceremony next year, or not attending at all, your Academic Transcript & Graduation Statement will be automatically sent to your preferred mailing address in March.
