Oversee the sales & stores operations for the retail products thereby achieving sales target on Monthly

Handle in-house Brandig /Leafletting/sale promotions activities and ensure hygiene maintenance of store. Involved in quarterly Stock Check and audit. Focusing excellent customer service through product range, consumer value added offers and ambience. Lead, manage & monitor the performance of team to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of revenue & collection targets.
