EARTHMOVER TYRES FOR MECHANICAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT
CONDITIONS OF USE
The range of Michelin industrial tyres has been specically designed to equip industrial machines . The sizes are specic to these machines and their work , the loads and speeds correspond to standardized gures . Each time tyres need to be tted to mechanical handling equipment , the following rules should be followed: 1) When the tyre size exists in the industrial tyre range , the industrial tyre must be used . 2) When the tyre size does not exist in the industrial tyre range, look for a tyre from other tyre ranges (e.g.: Truck or Earthmover ) ensuring that the condition of use ( speed , load , kilometres in the hour...) are compatible with the characteristics of the tyre chosen. This can result in certain tyres not being recommended for some uses. 3) Use of earthmover or truck tyres in mechanical handling conditions follow different rules than those normally applied to these tyres (speed, load, pressure).
