UNIT # 7 EAT FOR LIFE UNIT AIMS: This unit serves to ask students to think of things that can help people liv a long time, food and healthy life style. Reading and listening about a dialogue in a restaurant, writing a paragraph about food and fitness, talking about a health quiz and ordering food in a restaurant. NUMBER OF LESSONS IN THIS UNIT: 12 NUMBER OF WEEKLY LESSONS: 3 DATE: 30 April 2012 LESSON AIMS: Lesson1: Ask students to read a text and make a list of healthy/unhealthy food. Lesson2: Holiday Lesson3: Ask students to discuss about the type of food they have at school. ACTIVITIES: RESOURCES: Lesson1: Students read a text and answer Students book questions using new vocabulary about food. notebooks Lesson2: Holiday english dictionary Lesson3: Students discuss in pairs the quiz the board questions and match dishes with the pictures. ASSESSMENT: Ability to suggest questioins and ask each othr about healthy and unhealthy food.
