My restaurant would be a sleek, hip, down to earth seafood restaurant, where we focus on fresh ingredients. 182 Midtown Kitchen would be located in beautiful, Orange County California, right on Laguna Beach. A one-of-a-kind concept located in a renovated urban warehouse would set an amazing lively ambiance . Our dcor would be simple yet elegant. Every seat would have a great view, of Laguna Beach. We would have an outside patio for anyone who wants to get closer to the ocean. For employment, I would hire only professional, experienced server with a vast knowledge of food. My employees would have to maintain a high standard, which would represent the restaurant itself. The ambiance of my restaurant would feature the occasional live music, and entertainment. We would have a large selection of beer and wine, your dining experience would be something unforgettable. I would want my restaurant to be the talk of the town, where we serve locals as well as tourist. My market would be open to anyone who wants to eat amazing food, and have a great time. The restaurant would be semi small, holding around 100 seats. We would have banquet rooms available for use. Caterings are a great way to connect to your community so that would be a must at 182 Midtown Kitchen. I want my restaurant to reach out to my community, so that people dont just assume that Im just a chef. I want to be a role model to the people around me.
