New Breakfast/Lunch Application

Each year a new application must be submitted in order for students to qualify for free and reduced price meals. The application looks the same as it did last year, but to make sure it is completed correctly, please be sure to read and follow the instructions that are attached to the application. The students eligibility for meal benefits based on last years application ends Tuesday, September 25, 2012. If a new application for your child has not been approved by this date, they will be required to pay full price beginning Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Full price is $1.00 for breakfast and $2.10 for lunch at the elementary schools (full price is $2.25 for lunch at the secondary schools). A letter will be sent with your child when the application is processed notifying you of your childs status. If your child is currently free or reduced and has not been approved this year, a letter will be sent home by September 19, 2012 notifying you of this. Applications may be completed at the school site (ask the cashier in the kitchen), online or you are welcome to come to the Student Nutrition Office as well.
