WRITING: -I can explain what ideas mean in the 6+1 Traits of Writing. -I can brainstorm ideas using a web (graphic organizer). -I can edit my draft. -I can write a three paragraph paper using the topic of family. MATH: -I can find the maximum, minimum, range, and mode of a given set of numbers. -I can find equivalent names for numbers. -I can find differences between pairs of numbers. SPELLING: -Spelling Test Friday HOMEWORK REMINDERS... \READING HOMEWORK Please remind your child to read 20 minutes every night. \MATH HOMEWORK The math Home Links are NOT intended to be time consuming. They should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Please only complete the homework assigned by your childs teacher and do not move ahead. \SPELLING HOMEWORK: Please make sure your child is practicing their spelling words with all lowercase letters. If unable to tell the difference, it will be counted incorrectly on the test.
