POT-HOLE Repair

1. Ensure hole is free of free water and debris. 2. Ensure sides are shaped to encourage maximum adhesion from Hypercrete 5290/9211A1 3. Mix 1% activator into aggregate and mix well. This product can be stored before use.
4. Pre-mix Hypercrete 5290 (10% of aggregate weight) with between

10% and 20% tap water and mix well to obtain single cream consistency mix.
5. Add to aggregate and mix well for 1-2 minutes ensuring the aggregate

is fully wetted out with the Hypercrete. 6. Use the compound to fill out the hole and tamp down well, working the compound into the sides and finally levelling off. 7. The compound will get surface dry in about 20-30 minutes assuming temperature is above 5C. 8. Full hardening will take place overnight, but the repaired hole will take traffic within 1 hour.
