JUSTICE THE DEATH PENALTY

THE DEATH PENAL WHAT IS IT? TY:

The punishment of execution, administered to a federal fugitive guilty of a capital crime.

OR
IS JUSTICE REALLY BLIND? Think about it, is justice blind? Or is justice biased and corrupt. Does it cost to send someone to the electric chair? In the USA, Judges get a salary of 90,000 USD (avg), where as a general physician is paid 100,000. F urther, a professor of medicine and medical ethics is paid 200,000 and a chief surgeon 300. IS THERE A BIAS LINKED TO DISCRIMINATION? This promotes another question; does justice function on a discriminatory basis? According to the US department of justice, black males are incarcerated 6.5 times as much as white males.

IS JUSTICE REALLY BLIND? Compared to the other jobs, and despite being high, the salary of a judge is made to seem measly. Does this prompt corruption, according to the anticorruption resource centre, a lower pay invokes not only competition but also a more powerful incentive to be corrupt.

SHOULD WE HAVE THE DEATH PENAL TY?

In my opinion, the death penalty is a very true and correct form of justice, as long as a trial is conducted. Because many criminals (in our eyes) who have done seemingly bad things, such as murder or conducted acts such as child abuse should receive a harsh penalty, yet a just one, in this fashion, a death penalty provides a just form of punishment.
