    St. Jude Thaddeus

    I. Introduction

    II. Opening Prayer


    All: Our Lord Jesus, we praise and thank you for calling our class patron, St. Jude Thaddeus to be your close friend here on earth. Through his examples, he taught us how to become faithful to You until the end of time. May we become like St. Jude Thaddeus, who is brave in spreading and living the Good News in his life. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

    III. Gospel Reading


    Jesus Sends the Twelve Disciples Luke 9:1-2, 6

    Reader: The Good News of the Lord. All: Praise to Your Lord, Jesus Christ.

    IV. REFLECTION
    Let us ask ourselves. Is Jesus happy with me at this moment? Am I following Jesus every day? Am I living as a friend of Jesus in school? Am I living the Good News at home? What can I do more to show Jesus that I am his faithful follower?

    V. INTERCESSORY PRAYERS:

    Loving Father, listen to your children.

    VI. THE LORDS PRAYER


    Leader: Like the apostles, we pray with love and faith the Lords Prayer. Leader: St. Jude Thaddeus All: Pray for us. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
