I would like to introduce myself as the Referee Allocations Secretary for the coming season. To this end the Excom of the UAE Rugby Referees has decided to adopt a on-line based system to maintain and manage the allocations of Referees.

The system, known as Whos the Ref (WTR), will also collect data such as score, disciplinary reports, match reports etc... You can find this at www.whostheref.com

Information pertaining to each club will be distributed via the system to the relevant people and bodies, including notification of allocations, competition rules, match reports and scores etc...

I would like to ask that you request a new user via https://www.whostheref.com/signup.php? giving details of the Club and Team you represent, and in which role you are acting (I suggest that the Chairperson, Fixtures Secretary, Club and Team Captains create a log in). Once your account is active I would appreciate you taking the time to update your personal details and that of the relevant Club and Team.

Each club can have multiple teams and contacts, such as 1st, 2nd, Ladies etc... Currently I have set each club up with the following teams

1st 2nd Ladies U19 7s

School have just one club at present.

If you require additional teams, this would need to be created by myself. Please feel free to email me at this address with any additions you may need. Each team can have a different Referees Contact(s). This person needs to have a log-in and will be notified of Referee appointments by email once the referee has accepted the task along with their contact details.
