Respected Sir,

I have honor to submit you the following lines for your favorable
consideration;

1. That sir, I am doing M Sc Nursing at the University of Health

Sciences Lahore and along with my female colleagues. Sir
matter of fact that my female colleagues are residing
/accommodating in nursing hostel and we two male students of
the same program are suffering from unavailability of hostel
that creates much tension and anxiety which badly influence in
our study.
2. that Sir, we as stated above doing masters in nursing and the
total period of the degree is two years and it is very convenient
for us to avail educational opportunities from the universities.
3. Sir in keeping view above facts we are been deceived by road
side crime in which mobile and money have been snatched on
gun point and we live in insecurity and can not cope with our
studies as it might to be.

Therefore, Sir it is requested in your kind honor kindly one room for
accommodation may be arranged in postgraduate hostel or any
where in campus vicinity, I shall be very grateful to you. I assure you
sir, rules and regulation will strictly be followed by me as described
to us and in future sir my services regarding nursing profession are
open for you without any hesitation.
