MANUFACTURING SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Manufacturing Service agreement is made as of 02/02/2012 (the effective date) between Amaxo Precision Optics Sdn Bhd (Manufacturer) and Optron-Precision Pte Ltd (Customer) with an address at No 211,Toh Guan Road East, Singapore 60608. The customer desires to engage Manufacturer to perform manufacturing service as further set forth in this agreement. 1- Manufacturing services Customer hereby engages Manufacturer to perform the work. Work shall means to procure Materials and to Manufacture and test products pursuant to detailed written Specifications. The optics components that required by the customer are as below: Right Angle Prisms GPR032 Right Angle Prisms GPR033

This manufacturing contract is to supply above mention prisms type, in which the monthly quantity for each type is 50,000 pcs, total of 100,000 pcs of Prisms. This agreement does not include any new product introduction or product prototype services related to the products.
