    Board members: Present: Noor-us-Saba, Asfiya Ahmed, Ramsha Shahid Quorum present? Yes Proceedings: Meeting called to order at 10:00 am by Chair, Noor-us-Saba

    Immediate product, manufacture & Market Actions: Participants recommended that production of contaminated sweets be stopped immediately After brief discussion, the directors agreed to stop production and recall all products from retailers, distributors and customers.

    Medium-term Product, Manufacture & Market Actions: On the recommendation of companys Production Manager, Ramsha Shahid, the board agreed upon conducting a thorough investigation of the problem. The investigation will be conducted internally and externally.

    Long-term Product, Manufacture & market Actions: The board agrees to advertise the product in a new way to gain customer value The production manager assures to rectify the fault by this time.
