The housing options that are available in this area are single family style homes and apartment buildings. Majority of the single family homes are fenced in with tall steel fences. Many of these residents have little to no front yard, thus making the school the center of play for most students. Many of these residents also do not have parking lots/ driveways, thus leaving residents no choice but to park on the street.
