Goal: This 1v1 soccer drill focuses on developing reaction ability and speed. Soccer drill also emphasises practising the offensive and defensive technique, developing man to man struggle. under U10, U10-U12, U13-U15, U16+

Organisation
Players and equipment are arranged as shown. The players work in pairs. The pairs change continuously.

Exercise 1: The exercise starts by the coach' sign. Player A1 and B1 sprint toward the centre of the pitch. They come around each other fast and sprint back to the starting position. Then the players

turn over and move toward the coach who plays the ball to one of them (A1 now). A1 is the attacker, who tries to beat B1. Then he scores goal to one of the opposite 2 small goals. B1 tries to rob the ball. When it's managed, he becomes attacker and he can score goal to one of the other 2 small goals.

Exercise 1

Exercise 2: The exercise starts by the coach' sign. Player A1 and B1 sprint toward the centre of the pitch. They touch their palms there and sprint back to the starting position. Then the players turn over and move toward the coach who plays the ball to one of them (B1 now). A1 is the attacker, who tries to beat B1. Then he scores goal to one of the opposite 2 small goals. B1 tries to rob the ball. When it's managed, he becomes attacker and he can score goal to one of the other 2 small goals.
