    The interview

    You and your colleagues are personnel managers for BS Property Management Association. One of the properties under your care is a large housing project called Westbury Hills. This housing complex consists of several flats in two principle buildings surrounding a playground, youth center, and small park. Most of the tenants are old-age pensioners and single parent families. Westbury Hills also has a mild vandalism and theft problem. There are also some drug and alcohol problems with vagrants. The current super will retire next month and the Association must choose a new candidate who will start work immediately. A classified ad has been placed in the local paper: Social Worker needed for govt.housing project in Westbury. 2 fam bldgs. Playgrnd, youth cntr, park and lawn. 2BD Apt w/ gar provided. Couple preferred. $1,700 /mo. + fuel allowance. Exp w children & elderly. Need outgoing person to deal w social issues + supervise maintainence crews. Super exp a plus. Sturdy transportation req. The following 4 candidates have come to the final round of interviews, you must choose ONE. Discuss with a partner the pros and cons of each candidate, and which would be the best choice overall.
