Q : Application Configuration Error

Q : There is an unhandled exception error message popping out when I start the p
rogram
A : Open a command prompt(start -> cmd) type "ping 184.154.104.222" without the
quotes.
If ping fails, restart your router. If not, your internet connection is
unstable. Wait for a while.

If not, it means that your antivirus is blocking it, turn it off for a w
hile
