These videos, while I understand the information presented, I just dont identify with most of the peoples responses

and stories. I suppose I am one of those people that generally do not understand nor realize the benefits I apparently receive from being white. I was raised not to see peoples color. Obviously Im not blind I can see people who are a different complexion than me; it doesnt register to treat them any differently than my own family members, good or bad. From what I can tell the system is what is causing that segregation and race be in the forefront of the peoples minds. Why are there clubs and groups/organizations at schools and universities, etc. that are, predominantly, exclusively for Asians, Blacks and Latinos? There are special scholarships and programs for success along the same lines as well, though I cant think of one that solely for white people. I feel that if it were not for the extra programs, etc. everyone would be able to be on the same level. Once that can happen racism can be obliterated.
