    Block 2 on February 4th will be 100 minutes long instead of the usual 90 minutes to accommodate standardized testing for English language learners. The passing period between Block 1 and 2 will be 8 minutes instead of the usual 10 minutes. Lunch periods and Block 3 will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate the longer Block 2. ELL testing will also occur in Block 2 on February 6th, so teachers should avoid using hallways and keep class noise low during that time.

    Please note that ACCESS testing for all of our ELL students continues during Block 2 on Wednesday, February 6. This is a very important test for these students. Please help provide the best testing environment for these students by avoiding the use of the hallways and common areas for teaching during block 2 and being aware of the volume of noise your class may be creating.
