Task 3: Scribe (Wikispaces)

To add a picture (clip art)/word document/power point presentation
• Click on edit at the top of your page

• Click on
• Click Browse
• Open your Internet explorer • Find your saved image/document/power point on the computer
• Type in the address above • Click open
• Click on your core • Click upload
• Put cursor where you want your picture
• Double click on picture

To add a video

• Click on edit at the top of your page

• Find the video you want to add
o Go to Google
o Click on videos
o Type in the name of the video type you want
 For example: Sri Lanka
o Go to the site and right click on the address bar
o YouTube videos will not play at school
• Click edit your wikipage
• Put the cursor where you want to add your video

• Click on
• Paste your video website into the white box
• Save
o You won’t see your video until you save your edit

To add a link (hyperlink)

• right click copy web address

• click on
• Link Text is the name of your link
o For example: CIA World Page
• Click external link

Task:
• Click on “Edit this page”
• Upload the Word document named “Task 2”
